ARS Joins World Insurance Associates

ISELIN, N.J., Sept. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- World Insurance Associates LLC ("World"), a Top 50 Insurance Brokerage, announced today that it acquired the business of Arctic Risk Specialists ("ARS") of Toms River, NJ on June 1, 2026. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

ARS Group was established in 2014 by Thomas Nastasi. The group provides commercial insurance, specializing in contractor-related risks with a niche in the snow and ice management sector.
