Graziano brings over 20 years of industry and investment experience to ArcLight across the power, battery storage, renewable, and energy environmental sectors.

Graziano was most recently Partner and Chief Investment Officer at SER Capital Partners, where she was responsible for investment origination and execution as well as portfolio management. Prior to that, she served as SVP of Corporate Development & Strategy at Vistra Corp. where she was responsible for strategic projects, mergers & acquisitions, project development, and market analytics for one of the largest public power generation companies in North America. Earlier in her career, Graziano was a Principal at ECP, where she was involved in all areas of the firm's investment activities.
