The ULP strike comes after a major victory against Amazon at the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB). Earlier this year, the Teamsters forced the company to concede it will no longer retaliate against workers who exercise their right to strike. Today's strike is the first time that Teamsters on both primary shifts at the DJT6 facility have engaged in a coordinated action, bringing one of Amazon's key nationwide hubs to a 24-hour stop.
