A Strategic Step Forward Emperion Enters Definitive Agreement to Acquire PeerLink

WAYNE, Pa., July 9, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Emperion, a leader in outsourced clinical review services, announced it has signed an agreement to acquire PeerLink, an independent peer review services company, based in Birmingham, Alabama. The acquisition strengthens Emperion's position in the workers' compensation, auto, disability and healthcare markets and enhances its ability to deliver all levels of peer review.

PeerLink is known for it's strong provider network as well as a proprietary technology platform that connects industry payers and network providers. The integration of PeerLink's offerings will allow Emperion to provide broader and more comprehensive solutions to its clients.
