A New Model: Time-for-Equity

The 3M Fund operates on a Mentorship-for-Equity model, backing early-stage startups not with cash, but with high-value strategic guidance. Its initial capital includes 1,000 hours of personal mentoring from Bellino (valued at $5,000/hour on HumanIPO) and $5 million in advisory services from Koinz Capital's global network.

How It Works

Founders worldwide can submit 3-minute video pitches. Selected startups receive:
