West Oak Announces Grant of Stock Options
Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - December 28, 2023) - West Oak Gold Corp. (CSE: WO) (the "Company") announces that a total of 1,965,000 stock options ("Options") have been granted to directors, officers and consultants, pursuant to the Company's equity incentive plan. The Options are exercisable for a term of five (5) years at an exercise price of $0.065 and are fully vested.
