Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - November 2, 2022) - Pine Trail Real Estate Investment Trust (TSXV: PINE.UN) (the "REIT") announces that it has declared a distribution of $0.00030 per trust unit (TSXV: PINE.UN) for the month of November, 2022 (the "Distribution"). The Distribution will be paid on November 16, 2022 to unitholders of record as at November 9, 2022.
