Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - December 1, 2022) - Pine Trail Real Estate Investment Trust (TSXV: PINE.UN) (the "REIT") announces that it has declared a distribution of $0.00030 per trust unit (TSXV: PINE.UN) for the month of December, 2022 (the "Distribution"). The Distribution will be paid on December 15, 2022 to unitholders of record as at December 8, 2022.
