Pan Global Resources Announces Exercise of Warrants
Vancouver, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - September 6, 2021) - Pan Global Resources Inc. (TSXV: PGZ) (OTC Pink: PGNRF) (the "Company") today announced that as of August 20, 2021, all outstanding investor and broker warrants issued as part of the August 20, 2019 private placement have been exercised, for gross proceeds to the Company of $2.73 million.
Tim Moody, Chief Executive Officer of the Company commented: "We deeply appreciate this show of support from our warrant holders. These funds will help us advance the La Romana copper-tin discovery and provide for an accelerated exploration program on the Al Andalus mineral rights as soon as permitted."
