Elon's Marvin Token Uses NFTs for Charity

San Diego, California--(Newsfile Corp. - January 28, 2022) - Elon's Marvin, a dog-themed cryptocurrency project inspired by a community's adoration of Elon Musk's real life Havanese puppy Marvin, is excited to announce the rollout of monthly charitable donations. The donations are a way for the project to give back to those in need, and allow others to benefit from the success of the $MARVIN token.

Elon's Marvin is a cryptocurrency project inspired by Elon Musks' dog, Marvin. The project was founded in October, 2021, and is currently in phase 2 of development. The $MARVIN token is powered by the Binance Smart Chain, but also has tokens on the Ethereum blockchain as well.

The project has an extensive roadmap that focuses on expanding the utility of the $MARVIN token, releasing NFTs, and even offering a play-to-earn game featuring everyone's favorite Havanese dog.

What charities is Elon's Marvin donating to?

Elon's Marvin is proud to announce that it has begun donating to three different charities on a monthly basis. The donation money stems from part of the taxes being charged with each transaction, and will also benefit from part of the NFT collection's profits as well. The money will be divided between three charities.

Save the Children

The project has begun donating to Save the Children and therefore contributing to the health of children in over 100 countries world-wide. The money is used to change children's lives through emergency relief, health and nutrition, education and protection programs.

IAPWA

Elon's Marvin is also supporting IAPWA specifically in Romania, where donations help stray dogs receive the necessary care to live a healthy life. Donations are used in order to provide stray dogs with housing, medication, adoption, and more. Elon's Marvin feels very strongly about this charity, especially due to the project's initial dog inspiration and theme.

One Ummah

An initial donation has been made by the project to provide meals for a family for 3 months. While the monthly donations to One Ummah focuses on distributing food, building water wells, providing medicine and shelter, along with educating and sponsoring orphans and children in impoverished communities around the world.

The upcoming NFT collection

To make these donations possible and to add value to investors, an NFT collection will be launched in early February. In the first round, 2,000 NFTs will be "minted", making them available for purchase. Elon's Marvin is also giving away 20 BNB to those minting their NFTs to thank the community for their participation.

Participants can expect to pay a mint fee of 0.125 BNB per NFT. Additionally, whitelist spots will be made available by winning community games and in the form of prizes via social media channels (Twitter and Telegram).
