Cleantek Industries Inc. Announces Grant of Stock Options

Calgary, Alberta--(Newsfile Corp. - November 26, 2021) - Cleantek Industries Inc. (TSXV: CTEK) ("Cleantek" or the "Company") announces that it has granted options to acquire a total of 1,202,500 common shares of the Company to officers, directors, employees, and consultants, pursuant to the Company's Stock Option Plan, at the exercise price of $1.40 per share for a period of five years, with vesting to occur evenly over three years.

Cleantek has developed and commercialized its patented wastewater dehydration technology, the ZeroE, which it rents to its customers for use at gas processing facilities and on drilling rigs. Cleantek's ZeroE technology separates wastewater into (i) clean water which is evaporated and returned to the natural hydrological cycle and (ii) concentrated brine which is disposed of using traditional means.
