Canlan Completes Sale of Les 4 Glaces Complex in Brossard, Quebec

Burnaby, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - September 27, 2021) - Canlan Ice Sports Corp. (TSX: ICE), industry-leading providers of recreational sports complexes across North America, announced today that it has completed the sale of its four-pad ice facility, called Les 4 Glaces, located in Brossard, Quebec, for $7.48 million. A local group has purchased the land and building and is expected to redevelop the 5.7-acre property into a commercial business.

The complex was closed in May 2019 after serving the south shore community since 1985, Canlan having acquired the property in 1994.

The proceeds of the sale will be used to replenish our cash reserves.
