CSE Bulletin: Share Reorganization - Origen Resources Inc. (ORGN)

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - Le 20 mai/May 2021) - Origen Resources Inc. (the Company or Origen) has announced that its previously announced plan of arrangement (the Arrangement) has been approved by the Companys shareholders. Under the Arrangement, a reorganization of Origens share capital will be effected such that each Origen shareholder will receive one new share of Origen in exchange for each Origen common share held by the Origen shareholders at the effective time of the Arrangement.

The name and symbol will not change.

Origen Resources Inc. (la «Société» ou «Origen») a annoncé que son plan darrangement annoncé précédemment (l « Arrangement ») a été approuvé par les actionnaires de la Société. Aux termes de l'arrangement, une réorganisation du capital-actions d'Origen sera effectuée de telle sorte que chaque actionnaire d'Origen recevra une nouvelle action d'Origen en échange de chaque action ordinaire d'Origen détenue par les actionnaires d'Origen au moment de prise d'effet de l'arrangement.
