E-mailToronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - Le 9 décembre/December 2025) - Canadian GoldCamps Corp. (Canadian GoldCamps) has announced that, further to its news release dated October 23, 2024, the amended definitive agreement dated October 21, 2024 with F3 Uranium Corp.s wholly-owned subsidiary, F4 Uranium Corp., to earn up to a 70% interest in F4s Murphy Lake Property located in the Athabasca Basin, Saskatchewan, has been terminated, and the previously announced transaction will not proceed.
Canadian GoldCamps will resume trading effective immediately.

(« Canadian GoldCamps ») a annoncé, suite à son communiqué du 23 octobre 2024, la résiliation de laccord définitif modifié du 21 octobre 2024 conclu avec F4 Uranium Corp., filiale en propriété exclusive de F3 Uranium Corp., en vue de lacquisition dune participation maximale de 70 % dans la propriété Murphy Lake de F4, située dans le bassin dAthabasca, en Saskatchewan. Lopération annoncée précédemment est donc annulée.
