Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - Le 6 mars/March 2025) - Recharge Resources Ltd. (RR) has announced a name and symbol change to Vanguard Mining Corp. (UUU).

Shares will begin trading under the new name and symbol and with a new CUSIP number on March 7, 2025.
