Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - Le 10 juillet/July 2024) - Orthogonal Global Group Inc. (OGG) has announced a name and symbol change to Cloud3 Ventures Inc. (CLDV).

Shares will begin trading under the new name and symbol and with a new CUSIP number on July 12, 2024.
