CSE Bulletin: Delist - Wellteq Digital Health Inc. (WTEQ)

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - le 6 décembre/December 2022) - Wellteq Digital Health Inc. has successfully completed its previously announced plan of arrangement with Advanced Human Imaging Ltd. (AHI) whereby AHI acquired all of the outstanding common shares of Wellteq Digital by way of a court-approved plan of arrangement.

In connection with the Arrangement, the former shareholders of Wellteq Digital are entitled to receive one ordinary share of AHI for every six wellteq Shares previously held.

The common shares of Wellteq Digital Health Inc. will be delisted from the CSE at market close on December 6, 2022.

Wellteq Digital Health Inc. a complété avec succès son plan d'arrangement annoncé précédemment avec Advanced Human Imaging Ltd. (AHI) par lequel AHI a acquis toutes les actions ordinaires en circulation de Wellteq Digital au moyen d'un plan d'arrangement approuvé par le tribunal.

Dans le cadre de l'arrangement, les anciens actionnaires de Wellteq Digital ont le droit de recevoir une action ordinaire d'AHI pour six actions wellteq précédemment détenues.

Les actions ordinaires de Wellteq Digital Health Inc. seront retirées de la cote du CSE à la clôture du marché le 6 décembre 2022.
