Bilberrry Awarded Washington State DES Statewide Contract 16322

Seattle agency holds awards in three of the contract's service categories: web development, application development, and software testing.

Seattle, Washington--(Newsfile Corp. - September 1, 2026) - Blueberry Technologies, LLC dba Bilberrry, a web design and development agency, is an awarded vendor under Washington State Department of Enterprise Services Statewide Contract No. 16322, IT Development Services. The contract is effective May 15, 2024 and runs through May 15, 2028.

Contract 16322 covers four categories of IT development services. Bilberrry holds awards in three, at the journey, senior, and expert consultant levels:

• Web Developer Services. Website architecture development, content management systems, database integration, accessibility and ADA compliance, security, and website design and layout.

• Application Developer Services. Application systems and client-server analysis, implementation, integration work, custom development, maintenance, and support for complex applications.

• Software Tester Services. Quality assurance, functional and system testing, regression and user acceptance testing, accessibility testing, and interoperability testing across integrated systems.

Bilberrry has worked with Washington state and local government for several years. Past projects include a website overhaul for the Washington State Office of Financial Management, a redesign of the public-facing SAO FIT financial data tool for the Washington State Auditor's Office, and a website and intranet redesign for Snohomish County PUD.

Eligible purchasers under Contract 16322 include Washington state agencies, state and regional universities, community and technical colleges, and, under a Contract Usage Agreement with Enterprise Services, political subdivisions such as counties, cities, school districts, and public utility districts, along with federal agencies, federally recognized tribes located in Washington, and qualifying 501(c)(3) nonprofits.
