BMO GAM Closes the Market

Toronto, Ontario--(Newsfile Corp. - July 9, 2025) - Rob Butler, Managing Director, Head of Intermediary Distribution, BMO Global Asset Management (BMO GAM), and his team joined Chris Birkett, President, TSX Listings, to close the market and celebrate the launch of the new BMO SPDR Energy Select Sector Index ETF (TSX: ZXLE) (TSX: ZXLE.F) and BMO SPDR Materials Select Sector Index ETF (TSX: ZXLB) (TSX: ZXLB.F).

The ETFs seek to replicate, to the extent possible before fees and expenses, the performance of an index that provides exposure to equity securities of large-capitalization issuers in the U.S. energy sector and the U.S. materials sector. Generally, the ETFs will invest substantially all of its assets, directly or indirectly, in the relevant Select Sector SPDR Fund.
