The analyst comments "Our 12-month price target of $140/sh is based on DCF analysis, using an 11% discount rate that accounts for the inherent risks of early-stage drug development and higher costs of capital relative to large-cap companies. We assume a -5% terminal growth rate as several products start to lose exclusivity from 2038 on."
