Wedbush Starts lululemon (LULU) at Outperform, $90 Price Target

Wedbush initiated coverage on shares of lululemon athletica (NASDAQ: LULU) with an Outperform rating and a $90 price target.

The firm said, "we believe the company's compelling store growth potential, combined with the ability to drive solid same-store sales momentum warrants a premium multiple." Wedbush also pointed to "additional legs of growth via new concept ivviva athletica, the DTC business, and international expansion." The firm called lululemon "one of the most attractive growth stories in the softlines universe."
