Earlier, UBS initiated coverage on American Railcar Industries (NASDAQ: ARII) with a Neutral rating.
"We also see ARII as well positioned to benefit from strong tank car demand and expect ARII to deliver higher profitability with less volatility than in previous cycles due to internal improvements and a growing leasing business," analyst Eric Crawford said. "That said, our Neutral reflects a valuation that we believe currently incorporates much of the improvement at ARII."
