TD Cowen Starts Yarrow Bioscience (YARW) at Buy

TD Cowen analyst Stacy Ku initiates coverage on Yarrow Bioscience (: YARW) with a Buy rating.

The analyst comments: “We are initiating coverage of Yarrow with a Buy. YB-101 is the leading anti-thyroid stimulating hormone receptor (TSHR) in PhIIa development for Graves' disease (GD), with data in H2:27. Blocking TSHR signaling is on-target to treat GD and thyroid eye disease, with KOL interest in the differentiated dual approach vs. competitors. Given unmet need, a <5% target patient penetration is a $1.5B+ oppy.

YARW's YB-101 is thyroid stimulating hormone receptor blocker (anti-TSHR) in development for Graves' disease (GD), with significant promise in thyroid eye disease (TED). Hyperthyroidism is driven by TSHR stimulating Ig/autoantibodies (TSI), with ocular abnormalities caused by TSI binding to TSHR on orbital tissue. Based on the MOA, we have confidence that '101 will normalize thyroid function, with potential to improve efficacy vs. ATDs and address symptoms associated with TED.”
