Susquehanna Starts Bill.com Holdings Inc. (BILL) at Neutral

Susquehanna analyst John Coffey initiates coverage on Bill.com Holdings Inc. (NYSE: BILL) with a Neutral rating and a price target of $160.00.

The analyst comments "We like the company but believe shares are fairly valued at these levels. Given BILL's current phase of high revenue growth (rev growth of ~45% in FY20) and low margins (-9.5% in FY20), we forecast free cash flows out to 2031 by which time we expect ~20% top-line growth and low-30s FCF margins. Applying the average P/FCF multiple of mature software peers, we calculate our 2031 fair value estimate and discount back to present at $160."
