Nomura Securities initiates coverage on NetSuite (NYSE: N) with a Neutral. PT $60.00.
Analyst Frederick Grieb cited: (1) the macro environment remains an ongoing concern for enterprise software vendors, (2) competition from software stalwarts Oracle and SAP as well as smaller vendors Salesforce and Workday is increasing, and (3) we think the stock is currently priced appropriately at 10x our 2013 EV/Sales estimates.
