Nomura Securities initiates coverage on Alcoa (NYSE: AA) with a Neutral. PT $12.00.
Analyst, Curt Woodworth, said, "AA & the aluminum industry are facing structural challenges that will take time to work through. In the medium term margins should remain well below mid-cycle levels as FX pressures, rising energy and labor costs, and declining volumes mitigate any potential recovery in aluminum prices later in 2012. FY12E/13E revenues $23527m / $27012m; 2012E/2013E EPS $0.00 / $0.60."
