KeyBanc initiates coverage on VF Corp. (NYSE: VFC) with a Hold.

The firm comments, "We believe V.F. Corporation is one of the best managed and most diversified companies in our coverage universe, 10% organic growth looks achievable, and a tactical acquisition/divestiture strategy keeps the portfolio fluid. At 16.9x 2012E P/E and 11.3x 2012E EV/EBITDA (vs. 15.5x P/E and 9.3x EV/EBITDA for the apparel peer group), we find valuation reasonable and initiate with a HOLD rating."
