Jefferies initiates coverage on Teradata (NYSE: TDC) with a Hold. PT $69.00.
The firm comments, "Teradata is positioned in the right markets to benefit from secular-led trends, which should continue to provide the company an enhanced growth profile. With the secular trends, however, the company will also face the uncertainties tied to increasing competitive challenges and market changes that, when combined with a premium valuation, leaves a fairly balanced risk-reward. As such, we initiate with a Hold."
