The firm comments, "MTSI offers a unique opportunity to participate in a turnaround-story-in-process and win in two ways: 1) Gross Margins - we forecast gross margins increase by 860 bps over the next 4 qtrs, driven by new products, and 2) Growth - We think increased investment in R&D translates to good visibility into growth, and we forecast a non-gaap EPS CAGR > 35% over the next two years."
