Jefferies initiates coverage on Ambow Education (NYSE: AMBO) with a Buy. PT $10.00.
The firm comments, "We estimate higher than market average growth in the career enhancement segment attributed to Ambow’s leading position and continuous networking with IT companies and universities. The K-12 tutoring segment would be another driver due to Ambow’s presence in less penetrated second tier cities. All acquisition issues have been cleared up by YE11. Attractive valuation for the growth and fundamentals, we initiate with Buy."
