Jefferies assumes coverage on AOL, Inc. (NYSE: AOL) with a Buy. PT $39.00 (from $19.00).
Jefferies analyst said, "AOL continues to execute on its laser-focused mission to transform into a premium online advertising business, in our view. Importantly, the company was also able to monetize the majority of its patents by selling the majority to Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT)(NC) for a sizeable $1.1B."
