Jefferies assumes coverage on Alkermes (NASDAQ: ALKS) with a Buy. PT $21.00.
The firm comments, "We think the merger w/ EDT still remains under-appreciated, as it 1)reduces a dependence on Risperdal Consta; 2) improves ALKS' profitability and margins, 3) lowers ALKS' tax rate; and 4) adds commercial/operational expertise."
