Goldman Sachs initiates coverage on OpenTable (NASDAQ: OPEN) with a Neutral rating and $44 price target.
"We believe OpenTable has one of the strongest competitive positions among Internet companies, with significant growth drivers available. However, we expect 2012 to be a year of continued investment that is not fully reflected in consensus forecasts," the firm said.
