Goldman Sachs resumes coverage on Mylan (NASDAQ: MYL) with a Neutral rating and $23 price target.
The firm sees little risk to the company's near-term sales and earnings visibility, but there is growing debate is how it gets there with challenges facing the European business and the drivers of growth beyond 2013.
"We expect that MYL will achieve its 2013 guidance, but the key question is whether management will sacrifice drivers of future growth to hit that target, particularly given its already lowest R&D/SG&A spend among peers."
