Goldman Sachs initiates coverage on MoneyGram International (NYSE: MGI) with a Neutral rating and $21 price target.

The firm said while they are constructive on MGI's positioning in the global remittance market and potential for EPS upside, near term they believe that the company's exposure to Europe and upcoming Wal-Mart contract renewal will limit multiple expansion.
