Deutsche Bank initiates coverage on Computer Sciences (NYSE: CSC) with a Hold. PT $30.00.
Deutsche analyst says, "CSC is a technology services and outsourcing provider to the US federal government and various commercial clients. Although its valuation looks very attractive, we find it impossible to get comfortable with CSC's fundamentals given the many recent negative surprises and lingering uncertainty. Given CSC's valuation and circumstances, we would feel more comfortable if management lowered guidance significantly instead of keeping targets that the company consistently misses."
