May 8, 2012 10:25 AM EDT
Penny stock DoMark International, Inc. (OTCBB: DOMK) has traders enamored following the recent 133% surge from $1.76 to over $4 over the past few days and surge from below $1 over the past few weeks.

All the buzz has been related to the company's Solapad: a combined cover and charging system for Apple's iPad, the Solafire: a combined cover and charging system for Amazon’s Kindle Fire and the Solacase: a combined cover and charging system for all versions of Apple's iPhone.

While the company appears to have a unique product the fact is the company is making no money.

For the 3-months ended Feb 29, 2012 the company had sales of $0 - that's right "zero." This while operating expenses were close to $800K. Meanwhile the company boosts a market cap of an exaggerated $150 million and has cash on its balance sheet of a mere $5,993.
