Shares of BioLineRx (NASDAQ: BLRX) is surging 31 percent higher early Monday after the company announced it licensed its second oral hepatitis C treatment.

The company signed an exclusive with Genoscience and RFS Pharma for development and commercialization of BL-8030.

A few week ago the stock surged after an exclusive license for BL-8020. Hep-C has been a hot area due to the frenzied M&A in the space.

Investors and traders should keep in mind that after ramping from $3.29 to $6.87 on the first hep-C deal, shares crashed back down to below $4. Some are skeptical of the recent developments.
