White Mountains (WTM) Unit to Acquire AIG (AIG) Runoff Unit

White Mountains Solutions Holding Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd. (NYSE: WTM), announced today that it had entered into a definitive agreement to acquire American Fuji Fire and Marine Insurance Company, a small runoff subsidiary of American International Group, Inc. (NYSE: AIG). The transaction is expected to close during the first quarter of 2013 subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approval from the Illinois Department of Insurance.
