TIC Solutions completes three acquisitions, adding $90M in revenue

TIC Solutions, Inc. (NYSE: TIC) has completed the acquisitions of WDI, GeoVerra Holdings Inc., and Core Group Limited, according to a press release from the company. The three acquired businesses collectively generate approximately $90 million in annualized revenue.
Colorado-based WDI provides data management and software integration services for utility companies across North America. Edmonton, Alberta-based GeoVerra specializes in surveying, mapping, land services, and high-tech data capture, serving clients in infrastructure, energy, utilities, transportation, and natural resources sectors. UK-based Core Group provides commissioning and commissioning management services for complex building systems, including data centers, healthcare facilities, and transportation infrastructure.
The acquisitions expand TIC Solutions' presence into Canada and Europe. Each transaction was funded with cash on hand.
TIC Solutions said the acquisitions are expected to be accretive to its "3/18/85" long-term financial targets, excluding transaction and integration-related costs.
"Each business has an excellent reputation in its respective market, experienced leadership and complementary expertise that strengthens our existing platform," said Ben Heraud, Chief Executive Officer of TIC Solutions.
TIC Solutions provides asset integrity, engineering, and geospatial services across more than 250 locations with over 12,000 employees.
