Sonus Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq: SONS) today announced the successful completion of its acquisition of Network Equipment Technologies, Inc. The agreement to acquire NET was announced on June 19th. The acquisition expands SONS session border controllers (SBC) portfolio, opens new channels and adds to their federal government installed base.
