Scientific Games Corporation (Nasdaq: SGMS) announced today the completion of its previously announced acquisition by its wholly owned subsidiary, Global Draw Limited, of Barcrest Group Limited, a leading supplier of gaming content and machines in Europe, from International Game Technology (NYSE: IGT).
