Lifetime Brands, Inc. (Nasdaq: LCUT), has acquired Creative Tops Limited and Creative Tops Far East Limited.
Creative Tops is a wholesale provider of tableware, kitchenware and giftware products in the U.K.
The acquisition will have no material impact on Lifetime’s diluted earnings per share in 2011, and is expected to be accretive to the Company’s diluted earnings per share in 2012. The terms of the acquisition were not announced.
Lifetime was advised by Livingstone Partners.
