IPC (Nasdaq: IPCM) has acquired three related hospitalist practice groups: Omni Medical Diagnostics, PC, operating in Fall River, Massachusetts; Nexis Healthcare, Inc., operating in Taunton, Massachusetts; and Park Medical Associates, LLC, operating in North Smithfield, Rhode Island. The three practice groups have a combined annualized volume of approximately 65,000 patient encounters. Omni, Nexis and Park are all located in New England states where IPC already has an established presence.
