Hewlett-Packard (NYSE: HPQ) is trading lower Tuesday afternoon amid reports of another restructuring at the company.
According to AllThingsD, Hewlett-Packard is set to announce it will integrate its Imaging and Printing Group (IPG) into its Personal Systems Group.
The group will be led by Vyomesh “VJ” Joshi, who was EVP of IPG.
No comment was issued on the story, according to AllThingsD.
H-P shares are down 1.3 percent, near the lows of the day.
