DevvStream and Karbon-X mutually terminate carbon credit agreement
DevvStream Corp. (OTC: DEVSF) and Karbon-X Corp. mutually agreed to terminate a Carbon Credit Forward Purchase Agreement, originally signed on October 28, 2024, according to a company statement.
The Termination Agreement was entered into on July 7, 2026. Under the original agreement, Karbon-X was to sell carbon credits to DevvStream for a total purchase price of $2,892,000 at $120.00 per unit. DevvStream had agreed to issue 444,923 common shares at a deemed price of $6.50 per share as consideration.
As of the termination date, neither party had performed any obligations under the original agreement. The termination carries no penalty to either party and eliminates all further obligations or liabilities under the Purchase Agreement.
