Cass Information Systems Inc. (Nasdaq: CASS), has acquired Waste Reduction Consultants, Inc., one of the fastest-growing providers of environmental expense management services. The acquisition extends Cass' portfolio of services for controlling facility-related expenses and accelerates Cass' leadership position as a back-office business processor.
