Brocade (BRCD) Won't Comment on Takeover Report

Brocade Communications (NASDAQ: BRCD) offered no comment on reports from Bloomberg it is in advanced talks to sell itself, with Broadcom (Nasdaq: AVGO) said to be one of the interested parties.

"... as a matter of company policy, Brocade does not comment on rumors or speculation," a Brocade spokesperson told StreetInsider.com in an e-mail.
