Stocks Ramp, Crude Falls On Libya Ceasefire Headlines
US stock futures are soaring higher after Libya has close all air space and declared an immediate ceasefire. The Dow is up 130, the Nasdaq is up 20 and the S&P 500 is up 15.75.
Libyan Foreign Minister Moussa Koussa said the country is ceasing all military action and will start talks with the opposition.
While equities are roaring, crude is plunging. Crude last traded down $0.60 after trading up nearly $2 before the news.
