Stocks Move Higher As Crude Comes Off Highs

Stocks started higher despite higher crude price, and now have moved near to the day's best levels as crude has backed off.

Just after the 10 o'clock hour the Dow is up 70, the Nasdaq is up 2 and the S&P 500 is up 6.

Crude is up $0.70 to $105.14 after trading as high as $106.95 earlier on continued tension in North African and the Middle East.

Gold and Silver are higher, but also well off the highs. Gold is up $8 and Silver is up $1.
